Techmates Group has merged with Zaelab, forming the largest independent consultancy exclusively focused on modernizing B2B enterprises across Experience, Commerce, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), and Cloud. This strategic combination represents a major milestone for both organizations and establishes a foundation for delivering AI-enabled transformation at scale.

Envoy Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Techmates Group in the transaction.

Founded in 2010, TMG is a global digital consultancy delivering sophisticated enterprise programs across North America, Europe, and Latin America. The company specializes in B2B commerce, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration, with a proven track record of serving global clients through platforms such as Shopify, ServiceNow, and Logik.ai. TMG’s leadership team, including CEO Pat Bonuso, has played a key role in shaping enterprise digital acceleration strategies.

As part of the merger, Bonuso will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Zaelab, joining a unified leadership team of over 350 professionals dedicated to redefining enterprise transformation. “Together, we’re helping clients connect the dots—across systems, data, and customer experiences—so they can fully harness AI and operate at the speed of the future,” said Bonuso.

The combined company unites Portul, Zaelab’s next-generation B2B commerce experience platform, with Fuse, TMG’s powerful enterprise integration hub—both featured in Shopify’s Partner Solutions Center. The new entity also becomes the first global partner to achieve Lightspeed status with Logik.ai, the AI-driven CPQ and CRM platform within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
