About Sydney
Sydney is a Director at Envoy Capital Advisors, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she focuses on investment banking coverage for technology-enabled and professional business services with deep expertise in Managed Services and Cybersecurity. With nearly a decade in financial services, Sydney has contributed to the success of 30+ transactions and brings extensive experience guiding global firms through M&A, capital raising, market assessments, and other corporate finance engagements.
Prior to joining Envoy, Sydney was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey and a member of its IT Services practice, where she was responsible for deal execution and research across IT Services, Managed Services and Cybersecurity industries.
Sydney began her career at 7 Mile Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on professional and technology services, where she advanced to Vice President before the firm was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in December 2023.
Outside of Envoy, Sydney enjoys spending time with her twin boys and husband.
Sydney holds a B.S. in Statistics from Virginia Tech.
