About Nic
Nic is a Senior Associate at Envoy Capital Advisors, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he advises the firm’s clients and provides execution support within the professional and technology services sector. With more than five years of M&A experience, Nic has a proven track record of guiding global businesses through M&A transactions and preparing market assessments.
Before joining Envoy Capital Advisors, Nic was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey within their Business Services IT Services team, where he was responsible for preparing financial analyses, deal documentation, and supporting senior team members.
Nic began his career as an Analyst at 7 Mile Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm focused on professional and technology services, and later advanced to an Associate role before the firm was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in December 2023.
Outside of Envoy, Nic is an avid Ohio State football fan and enjoys exploring the Charlotte food scene with his wife.
Nic holds a B.S. in Finance from John Carroll University.
