About Jack
Jack is a Vice President at Envoy Capital Advisors, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he provides advisory services to companies in the technology, marketing, and information services sectors. With seven years of experience in investment banking, Jack brings a strong track record of transaction execution and experience across all stages of the deal process, from origination through close.
Before joining Envoy Capital Advisors, Jack was a Vice President at Canaccord Genuity, a global investment bank and wealth management firm, where he was a member of the Technology, Media, Marketing, & Information Services (TMMIS) group, supporting sell-side and capital raising engagements.
Prior to Canaccord Genuity, Jack founded Clearpact, a lower middle market M&A advisory practice dedicated to serving founder-owned businesses. Jack began his career at Raymond James before joining Pharus, a boutique advisory firm focused on people-based businesses.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, running, and following Formula 1.
Jack holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
