About David
David is a Vice President at Envoy Capital Advisors, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he focuses on business development and financial sponsor coverage. He has more than a decade of investment banking experience, advising public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. David brings extensive experience advising clients across the technology and business services sectors to his role at Envoy.
Before joining Envoy Capital Advisors, David was a Vice President at Two Roads Advisors, a New York City-based investment bank, where he covered the broader technology and technology-enabled business services sectors.
David began his investment banking career at Petsky Prunier, which Bloomberg recognized as the leading investment bank for mid-market advertising, marketing, and media companies. Following Petsky Prunier’s acquisition by Canaccord Genuity in 2019, he spent seven years as a member of the firm’s U.S. Technology, Media, Marketing and Information Services Investment Banking practice.
Outside of work, David and his wife enjoy exploring the North Carolina mountains and coast with their Belgian Tervuren and Terrier.
David holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
