About John
John is a Managing Director at Envoy Capital Advisors, based in New York City, where he leads the firm’s Financial Sponsor Coverage efforts. John brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience in the technology and professional services sectors to his role at Envoy, including a wealth of cross-border transaction experience serving clients across the UK, EU, CEE, and APAC regions.
Prior to joining Envoy, John founded the Financial Sponsor Coverage group at Equiteq, a global middle market investment bank focused on the technology, consulting and information services industries. Prior to that, he was a transaction execution banker with Pharus, a boutique advisory firm, in New York and in London. He began his career with technology-focused investment banks Signal Hill (since acquired by DC Advisory) and Petsky Prunier (since acquired by Canaccord Genuity).
Outside of work, John enjoys travel, basketball, concerts and trying new restaurants.
John holds a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University, with minors in German language and Business.
