Align Capital Partners’ (“ACP”) data strategy and analytics consulting firm Cleartelligence (or the “Company”) announced today it has acquired Bardess Group (“Bardess”). Bardess is a data and analytics firm that leverages cutting-edge technologies to facilitate end-to-end digital improvement for clients. Envoy acted as the exclusive buyside advisor to Cleartelligence throughout the entire transaction. The acquisition extends Cleartelligence’s solution offerings and deepens its industry expertise, solidifying the Company as a leading independent data strategy advisory firm.
